[ubuntu] [AR9283] ath9k slow speed

Hi,

I have a problem with my wireless card. I'm currently ruing Ubuntu 16.04 and my wi-fi is slow, only about 3Mbps download. On windows 10 I get about 50Mbps download on the same machine. Both rates measured on speedtest.net.

I've already tried some steps* to solve this issue, but none of them were working.
