Please do not hijack other people's threads. Even if you think the your problem is the same, it may not be, and it is confusing to those help trying to deal with more than one person in a thread. Indeed, thread hijacking in support threads is considered bad netiquette.

You don't need to email anyone. This is the place to get a response from the forum admins who together make up the Forum Council.
