Xenial 16.04 Installation survey

I would like to post a survey for the new release 16.04. I didn't read the rule and posted before I asked for permission here http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2321737, now in jail.

I am a linux user since 1998, and have been lurking Ubuntu forums for the past 10 years.
The survey intends to get some info on what hardware/software combo people are using, and what if any issues they are ruing into. Hopefully this data will help the community prioritize some of the fixes that need to be released, vs the ones that are only affecting few people.
The info from this survey will be publicly shared, and will only be up for 7 days from the date it goes live on a post.
