[ubuntu] Laptop keyboard + trackpad unresponsive, no wifi

I've just purchased a new laptop, and I'm trying to setup Ubuntu, or really any Linux distro on it. However, I'm having a lot of issues.

Its a new laptop, with UEFI boot, and comes with Windows 10.

I'm able to boot up the live usb, but my laptop keyboard and trackpad are unresponsive. If I plug in an exteal keyboard & mouse, they work.

Also, the wifi doesn't work.

I looked into the demsg logs, and they mentioned something about the wifi firmware not being found.

It would be much appreciated if anyone could help me out with this. I'm forced to use Windows right now, and it sucks.
