How to use aquarius M10

Does anyone knows whom to contact about the use of the Aquarius M10.
I am having a hard time working with it. Tued it in dev. mode but sudo doesn’t work.

On youtube there is a video about dual tasking I cant seem to manage that also. Normally I am used to foresee how devices work very soon.
I was so exited when I ordered my pad, but now becoming a bit frustrated, I would love to use it the way it supposed to be done. I found a manual online, but it doesnt really match what the device is doing.

Any input would be wonderful I still cant wait to have it with me and use while working (nurse) To show information, draw to make physical processes visible when informing patients what is happening with them and have some music, when care has to be done to give some stress relieve to my patients. Games to make contact (cut the rope is nice but very difficult when cognitive functions are damaged ). And even hoping to implement speech synthesizer on it for the ones not able to talk.

Using this device will be very simple, but I can figure out how.... Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
