[other] Does Ubuntu Minimal Cd 16.04 become lts along with regular 16.04 flavors yet?

Although other derivatives 16.04 CD become lts appear to be download already. But I'm wondering that does Ubuntu minimal CD 16.04 become lts frozen stable as 14.04 netboot yet? I happen want to test out to see different from Regular CD & my custom installations from Minimal CD. But right now...
