Crunch time at Casa Shuttleworth?

Hi all!

I noticed a lot of packages retued

The list of changes is not available yet.

Please use http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/(some package)/(some version number)/+changelog
until the changes become available or try again later.

I ran U.M. on another machine this moing and the change log referred to Launchpad on every single package (except the data files for the USB mode setting tools, which weren't marked for upgrade, as usual). 98Mb were marked for download.

Side note: Why doesn't they prune the keel change log to at least the latest major release version? Today it starts at 2.6.30 or something. Is it because the earliest still applied Ubuntu specific patches date back to 2.6.30?
