This is on a brand-new Lemur. I'm keeping my large hands well clear of the trackpad while typing. But the cursor is visibly jumping while I type, usually by small increments but sometimes larger, and sometimes clicking on things. So I find myself typing in the wrong place, or refocused on the wrong window, or even having a window suddenly maximized.
I see through Google that various laptops of different makes have had this problem in the past. My own experience, largely with ASUS laptops, has not included this problem. There's a thread in this forum from 6 years ago suggesting tuing off the trackpad every time you type. That wouldn't work for me, and I'm often both typing and moving between tasks, pasting things between them. Is this a common problem with the Lemur? Is the design of the hardware inherently compromised, or do I just have a faulty trackpad on mine?
