[ubuntu] Overheating laptop don't fixed

I was installed tlp, cpupower, powertop, cpufrequtils, thermald, temp_throttle.But my laptop still overheat ( 47 - 74 degree ).Anyone know best solution to fix overheat my laptop ??
I try to install fglrx but not working so i uninstall it.

When Idle : 42 - 47 Degree
When do some proccess : more than 50 Degree
