[ubuntu] How to adjust mouse wheel scroll?

Seems there isn't an option to adjust the mouse wheel scroll inside of system settings>mouse & touchpad, only button & overall speed

And as it is now, the scrolling affect is far too much and skips content and jumps to far on the webpage/whatever

So how do I ease up the mouse wheel scrolling?
