[ubuntu] Monitor Issues

Good evening, everyone. I have some monitor issues on Ubuntu 15.10 Wily Werewolf. I have Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 graphic card and Samsung SyncMaster 1360x768 monitor (which coected through VGA->DVI adapter).

The problem is that when I setting up a native widescreen resolution the picture is overscalling above screen. On non widescreen resolutions all working as it should be.

Please, help.
