Is it me or is Windows 10 really, really buggy?

I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 8.1 (which I did not like very much) and I have found it to be reasonably stable. Most aoying bug is my HDMI audio out won't work, and for a while my wifi seemed to drop coections all the time, but I think that had more to do with my router and now it's been fine for the most part.

Other aoyances:

-Two different settings panels (regular control panel and the new settings menu), don't understand the point of this.
-Can't disable windows defender permanently
-Windows telemetry seems quite intrusive (you can disable a lot of stuff), but then again Google, Apple, Facebook etc all do this anyway
-Can't manually perform windows updates anymore (very aoying)
-Don't care for windows store or any apps from it
-Have to uninstall/remove a lot of stuff from default setup to get back to a windows 7-esque desktop
-Don't care for all of the convergence elements (like tablet mode) since I won't be using a windows tablet or phone probably ever
