Stick computer

I'm looking for suggestions for a stick or tiny computer that has HDMI out. Since MS is dumping Skype on TVs, I'm looking for something I can plug into the back of my TV that can handle a webcam and with enough horsepower for Skype and Viber, and a wireless / bluetooth keyboard.

Apparently the Ubuntu/Intel stick computer has issues, and doesn't have enough horsepower to run Skype. What else is out there?
