[ubuntu] CLoneZilla v3.12.8 on 14.04 lts: DHCP grabs IP but Clonezilla not initiate

I have my CLonezilla server ruing,, setup the DRBLpush and set my eth0 scope to 192.168.1.1-192.168.1.12
I am attempting to image a laptop and hit F12 to get to boot order, PXE is initiated,, and the laptop DOES grab an IP (192.168.1.1) it sees the mask and the gateway (eth0) (192.168.1.254)
However, the Clonezilla Client does not appear, and the coection stops with TFTP showing.. then goes back to boot order..

What am I missing?

All help and input appreciated, I am new to this Linux stuff and leaing,, I do have experience with Clonezilla, but I am missing something here and have rebuilt/reinstalled and rerun the server three times,,

arrgh! save me from my nightmare!
