[ubuntu] Alfa AWUS036H wifi adpter not working on ubuntu 15.10

Hello, I just installed ubuntu 15.10 and my wifi card is not working as it should and works perfectly fine with windows, It will coect to wifi, but will have very slow download speeds at first and then move to a grinding hault in which the inteet is not even usable, it will however work with wired coections but due to the fact I instaled ubuntu on a laptop, it kinda defeats the purpose. The wifi card already in my laptop does not hold a stable coection wit ubuntu either, any help would be greatly appreciated.
