For a couple days now on every boot I get a red no entry sign in the top right, that is related to my update manager. The whole system became very unstable, with firefox crashing every minute and exteal drivers becoming unable to mount. When clicking the error sign it says
Code:
An error occured, please run Package Manager from the right-click menu or apt-get in terminal to see what is wrong. The error message was: 'Error: BrokenCount >0'. This usually means that your installed packages have unmet dependencies
Code:
>sudo apt-get update
Code:
Hit http://ftp.hosteurope.de -name of package-
Code:
Fetched 2643 B in 5s (476 B/s) E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
Code:
>sudo dpkg --configure -a
Code:

Code:

Also a couple days ago I somehow got a window saying Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS Upgrade Available, I tried to upgrade cause I figured it would atleast give me a stable system (eventhough I would prefer staying on 12.4 because I had terrible experiences with 14.4 on another computer) but it gave me the error message
Code:
Authentication failed Authenticating the upgrade failed. There may be a problem with the network or with the server.
