Asus x552M Freezes (Fresh install )

Hi,

After a while, my ubuntu ( 14.04 or the latest 15 ) freezes on Asus x552MJ. I can't do anything. No keyboard, no mouse.. disk stops working. No sound. I think it is a keel panic. I tried disable the touchpad and work with a mouse, disable wireless and work with a cable, install Nvidia drivers ( result: black screen ), revert to nouveau driver, reinstall the system 3 times... I can not figure out what the problem is, it happens sometimes.

Is someone with the same problem or know what it is ?
I'm exhausted :/

Thank you.
