[ubuntu] 16.04 LTS Final Beta Questions

I'm ruing a live session of 16.04 (with unity) Final Beta...I did the terminal command to move the unity launcher and it works fine...
However, i am confused about the new gnome software center...I notice you no longer have the ubuntu software center and when i use the gnome software center and try to bring up "ubuntu restricted extras" or "synaptic package manager" for example, they do not come up in the search...Is that a bug in this final beta?

Is there a command i can do in the terminal that will install synaptic package manager and the ubuntu restricted extras?
Thanks
