[ubuntu] Samba / Winbind Multiple Instances.

Hi All.

I have Ubuntu 10.04 with Samba 3.4 and Winbind. I want to coect Samba to two different Windows AD domains using Winbind, to allow users from both to access shares. I caot trust the two domains to each other.

I have used symlinks to start two 'instances' of smbd, nmbd and winbind. There are two sets of conf files, two ip addresses, etc, everything works ok, EXCEPT, I caot get winbind to listen on two separate sockets I tried using socket address = in smb.conf, doesnt work. There are separate lock, private, pid and log directories, I can see separate pid files for everything. Is the only way to install two winbinds using a different --prefix ? If so, can someone point me in the right direction to install winbind not using apt-get so I can compile with a different prefix ?
