LastPass CLI Version Not Available

I can't get lpass to work right and it's because of a bug in 0.5.0:

It's fixed in 0.5.1, but that's not available:

I see we got 0.7.0 available for Xenial, but I'm on Wily.

Why has not 0.5.0 been upgraded when it's pretty useless without 0.5.1? I mean, 16.04 isnt' really out yet.

However, looking here:

Isnt' there supposed to be a deb file there? I only see src files.
