49 stable Chrome problems with external link

Hope this is the right place to post this question...Anyway. I've a problem with Google Chrome. Whenever I open links from exteal apps these are open as blank tabs in new browser window (no actual redirection to site, just a blank tab). No site, means of course I can't even copy/past the rediraction to site in a new windows. I've tried this solution, but when I arrive in the folder, I've the error message attached. It raghly translete in "the app launcher is not trusty, so it can't be launched. If you don't know where it comes from, it could be dangerous". I can't open the file as an editor file or so. There is a way to set the file as trusty, so I can do some editing?
