Multi touchscreen calibration

Hi,
i have actually a pc based on a ubuntu 14.04 lts distribution with a video card from nvidia
reference quadro k1200 SSE2.
all of display port has been coected to a touch screen 27".

i have a problem to configure correcty the calibration of the 4 screens.
if only one screen was coected, everything is good, touch screen works perfeectly, but when i plug a second screen it seems that the calibration is for the entire desktop, what i need is a individual calibration for each screen
my configuration is the following : 2 x 27" screen multipoint touch screen capacitiv and 2 x 10.4" touch screen from iei.

is there any application or tool that allow a calibration for each screen instead of the entire desktop ?
