Ethernet not working on Lubuntu, NetworkManager acting strangely

I have an etheet cable ruing from my router into my desktop, and NetworkManager is not working with the coection. It shows a Wired Coection and can coect, however the inteet is unreachable. The Ifupdown (eth0) interface, when coected, is coectable with reachable inteet for about 30 seconds, then it is discoected and reverts back to Wired Coection. The coection works fine on other computers, and a Live CD on the same box.

sudo lshw -C network
