[lubuntu] HP Stream 11" trackpad problem

Hello. Can anyone please help me with sorting our my trackpad on my HP stream 11". I am ruing lubuntu in a dual boot with windows 10. The trackpad is synaptics.

The trackpad has these problems:
1 Caot right click
2 Caot click and drag
3 Movement is oversensitive

I have searched the forums and googled but have not found a solution.

As an aside it seems some people have found that the trackpad works fine with the full version of Ubuntu.

Can anyone please help.
