[ubuntu_studio] Reboot and select proper Boot device

This is NOT a new install. I had Ubuntu Studio on the laptop for about two weeks (used ubuntu on other machines before, but I am not a coder). In the moing, I used the laptop and shut it down. In the afteoon, I tued on the machine to the following message:

Reboot and select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key.

I have gone into the bios, tried changing the boot sequence. I caot remember if there was a software update installed in the moing. Machine is a toshiba satellite L15W-(something that I caot read). I have run Boot Repair, got the following txt file from it. I had to break the file up into 4 parts because of size limitations of the file type.

I am comfortable working with command line as long as I have detailed instructions to follow.

I am out of town for the next few weeks and find myself without a computer because of this issue, so any help that can be offered will be greatly appreciated.
