Ruing Ubuntu with a Tablet-PC HP Elite X2 1012 G1

I'm interested in buying a Tablet-PC HP Elite X2 1012 G1.

It is a brand-new 2-in-1 Business-Tablet/Convertible.

Has anyone experiences in ruing this tablet with Ubuntu/Linux?

Should it work with dual boot with Windows 10 or is it locked down with TPM?
