I just switched from IPS237L-BN (1920×1080) to new Dell P2416D (2560x1440) monitors in a dual setup. And I have the following problem. I get a a message on my monitors stating:"The current input timing is not supported by the monitor. Please change your input timing to 2560×1440, 60Hz or any other monitor listed timing as per the monitor specifications." Effectively I don't see my boot/bios screen or any tty's. I am trying to dual boot ubuntu 14 and windows 10 on my dell xps 9350. They have both been installed and the windows side boots fine. I recently purchased an ASUS USB-N13 Wi-fi adapter for my desktop ruing Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty 64x. I just discovered that my Virtualbox installation was broken, and tried to fix it. It's taken me several hours to get to where I can try to start virtual box but without the extension pack, it still won't work. To get to this point, I had to disable secure boot.
